PRODUCT CATALOGS, PRICES, DELIVERY SCHEDULES AND PRINTING
  • The Product Catalogs are accessed via several links on the HOME PAGE of bof ®. Each Catalog is a Category of Products listed in sequence by price. Within the Catalog you can link to the Order Process, all the other Catalogs, and ZOOM to see a larger image of the product.

  • The price for each Product includes the Default Shipping and Delivery and is based on East Coast Delivery. The actual State destination you select in the Order Process, may result in a discount and will subtract from the price and be indicated on your invoice.


  • A Default Shipping and Delivery is included in the price for each product. The Default Delivery Day is determined by the Order Day (provided the order is placed by 12 noon otherwise consider the order day as the next day). The Default schedule and other options are displayed when you click on the ORDER DAY for each product in the Catalog. The schedule is based on the perishability of the product and will vary with seasons during the year. Click on the Order Day to review the Default Delivery Day and other Delivery Options that can be selected during the Order Process. Always review this information before ordering.


  • How to print the Catalogs - Your WEB browser has print preferences, it is recommended that "background print" be turned-off and all text is set to "print black". This will save ink or toner, print faster and will print all the product pictures in full color when using a color printer.
HOW TO ORDER
  • Click on the Product Code above the image in the Catalog. This will link you to the Order Process pages and all other order options. If you have ordered before, you will be prompted for your ID which will speed the process by extracting information from our database which you can update if necessary. During the Order Process, you will be prompted for options associated with the product. Some selections are required and have a default and some are optional. Be sure to review the choices and select the desired option.


  • Gift Message and Special Instructions - You will be prompted for other information such as recipient, address, Gift message, Special Instructions, latest acceptable delivery date, and payment type (Credit Card, Open Account, Gift Certificate, etc.) plus more. Please enter all applicable information. Even special instructions with future delivery dates. Also, it will be possible for you to order many gifts to be sent to different addresses with different messages as long as you identify which goes where and when. You will find this to be a friendly and easy to use Order Processes.


  • Enhance your Gift with a private personal Voice Greeting (PVG) or picture or Logo. Unique to our site are two special enhancements optionally available during the Order Process: A person Voice Greeting (PVG) and the ability to include your Picture or Logo. Review these links for details.


  • Tracking your shipment and delivery - When an order is placed with us, we send you an e-mail confirmation that we have received the order and that it will be processed for delivery. When we ship the Order we send you another e-mail with the tracking number and information that will enable you to track the shipment and delivery over the Internet. If you need help, you can of course always call customer service at 888-903-7848 and speak with a representative.
QUALITY & DELIVERY GUARANTEE
  • We guarantee arrival in perfect condition to the address given on your order. Unfortunately, we cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect address. So please check your addresses carefully. Incorrect addresses are subject to a $10.00 service fee.

PRIVACY, SECURITY AND PAYMENT
  • Your Privacy at bof ® is protected. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized and friendly shopping experience. Please read on for more details.


  • What information do we collect? How do we use it? When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. Also, we need to know the ship-to information and any special instructions or messages. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.


  • When you order and select to be on our private mailing list, we will occasionally notify you about Seasonal product changes, important functionality changes to the Web site, new ctg services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable. Should you wish to discontinue to receive these announcements, each announcement provides a way to click on a link and opt-out of the mailing list.


  • Payments by Credit Card are processed by our secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

  • Other payment options are also supported. If you elect to pay by check, we will process your order when the check is processed.


  • Open Purchase Orders are also supported when you qualify. Please contact stephen@bof.com if you want to establish an Open PO account or Corporate Affiliation.


  • ctg does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but you can tell us not to by sending a blank e-mail message to never@bof.com. (If you use more than one e-mail address to shop with us, send this message from each e-mail account you use.) Also, bof.com may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information. bof.com may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of bof.com, our users, or others.


  • Your consent - By using our Web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by ctg. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
SHIPMENT & DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS, DELAYS & SUBSTITUTIONS
  • Fresh Fruit Gifts can only be delivered within the Continental U.S.,
    Alaska and Hawaii excluding Puerto Rico.
  • Dried Fruits & Nuts can be delivered in Canada.
  • Hospitals, P.O. Boxes or Rural Routes: WE CANNOT DELIVER
  • Unpredictable weather or other conditions beyond our control can sometimes delay fruit harvests. If unforeseen circumstances restrict the availability or delivery of an item, we may find it necessary to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
  • Gifts with Wine or Beer - We can ship Wine or Beer anywhere to individuals within California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Main, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington and West Virginia. No More than two case of wine per month can be shipped to any individual or address. The recipient, by law, must be at least 21 years of age. The courier will be required to obtain proof of age - drivers license, passport, or birth certificate. Wine shipments cannot be left at the door - a signature is required.
