John Pedroncelli, winemaster, has this to say about aging wines over a number of years: "if you lay red wines down for a few years in your cellar, be aware that the wine will change in character - it develops what we call "bottle bouquet" and loses some of the fruitiness of 3-5 year old wines. If you like them when you buy them, drink them. |

Shiping Policy
We can ship this Wine anywhere to individuals within California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Main, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington and West Virginia. No More than two case of wine per month can be shipped to any individual or address. The recipient, by law, must be at least 21 years of age. The courier will be required to obtain proof of age - drivers license, passport, or birth certificate. Wine shipments cannot be left at the door - a signature is required.
You may customize our standard gift packages by the addition of Wine. Other than local deliveries, some shipments may require special shipping containers and thus additional costs. Or Customer Service representatives will be able to determine these cost at the time you place your order.
We strive to provide typical delivery from overnight to within 3 days . Custom orders, involving large quantities may require up to 2 weeks for delivery.
