Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee arrival in perfect condition to the address given on your order. Unfortunately, we cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect address. So please check your addresses carefully. Incorrect addresses are subject to a $10.00 service fee.
Delays/Substitutions
Unpredictable weather or other conditions beyond our control can sometimes delay fruit harvests. If unforeseen circumstances restrict the availability or delivery of an item, we may find it necessary to substitute an item of equal or greater value.

Shipments during Summer Months
We take pride in the freshness of our fruits, and we want you to receive them as fresh as the day they were picked. During the hot summer months of June through August, we ship Next Day Air only.
All chocolate items must be shipped Next Day Air during the months of May through October.
During June, July and August, gift packs that DO NOT contain chocolate coated products or fresh fruit can be shipped Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, or Calif. Ground.
Overnight priority delivery available for a $15.00 extra charge.
SHIPPING WINES:
You may call for the purchase of the Premium California wines displayed on our Internet pages. We can ship Wine anywhere to individuals within California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Main, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington and West Virginia. No More than two case of wine per month can be shipped to any individual or address. The recipient, by law, must be at least 21 years of age. The courier will be required to obtain proof of age - drivers license, passport, or birth certificate. Wine shipments cannot be left at the door - a signature is required.
You may also call and customize our standard gift packages by the addition of Wine. Other than local deliveries, some shipments may require special shipping containers and thus additional costs. Or Customer Service representatives will be able to determine these cost at the time you place your order.
We strive to provide typical delivery from overnight to within 3 days . Custom orders, involving large quantities may require up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Viewing and Printing Recommendations - Our site is designed to be viewed on any monitor at any resolution without scrolling from left to right.
If you are having trouble printing our pages, the following may be helpful: The latest Browsers allow printing of the background color as an option. It is recommended that you do not set the option to print the background since it will consume lots of ink and time. With the "print background option" set to: OFF (usual default), the printer will interpret all background as "white"; Note: All other graphics will still print fine in color or black and white, depending on your printer. We are only refering to the "background".
