Shipping Policies for all Fresh Fruit Gifts.
1. bof guarantees product quality and arrivals under the following guidelines.
A. We guarantee arrivals based on the shipping options selected at the time of purchase and the correctness of the address. Applicable to Monthly Programs: Any change of address or move must be reported to bof. A move to an address that is considered a priority delivery zone by any commercial shipper, may be subject to additional delivery charges.
B. bof does not ship fresh fruit to P.O. boxes.
C. bof only sends fresh fruit within the US. Only dried fruits, nuts, chocolate coated
items and theme baskets can be shipped International,
Fresh Fruit shipping:
Monday - All Services
Tuesday - All Services
Wednesday - Next Day or 2 day
Thur - Next Day
Friday - Next Day Saturday
Saturday - No Service
Sunday - No Service
D. When you order: It is very important to be aware of the day you are ordering from
bof. Orders received on late Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on by the
following Monday. During the week there is a 48 hour turn around on your orders and will ship
according to the above shipping schedule.
E. Minimum shipping options: Each product has a shipping option drop down menu.
Within the menu is the minimum shipping option.
F. Note: During the months of April through September, all fresh fruit and chocolated related gifts must be shipped using an overnight service. During the month of October through March, all fresh fruit and chocolate related gifts can be shipped using 2 day air service or 3 day ground.
