Note:bof Inc. ships all of its hand packed gifts from Fresno California. Our gifts are shipped Nationwide and even into Hawaii and Alaska. During the months of October through Mid April all of our fresh fruit and fresh fruit combination gifts are shipped using a minimum 2-day delivery service with the option to upgrade the services. The published price includes the minimum 2-day delivery service to the furthest location in the continental US. There is an option menu when you are ordering your product to upgrade your services to either (Standard Next day, Priority Next day or Priority Next day with Saturday delivery).

During mid April through September all Fresh fruit gifts, and gifts that include any chocolate must be delivered Standard overnight. All pricing will be revised in mid April.

All other non-perishable gifts are offered with basic ground service with the option to upgrade. Again you can upgrade your services to (2-Day, Standard Next day, Priority Next day or Priority Next day with Saturday delivery) on these items.

3. Selecting the correct state.

Note:There is one other required option box you must fill out that determines the destination state where the gift is to be delivered. Depending on the state your gift is being delivered to, you may have a discount due to the location. Example: California has an $8.00 discount off the published price. New York does not have a discount therefore the published prices will remain the same.

No PO Boxes - bof Inc. does not ship to PO boxes. You must provide a creditable street address.

What about the messages card?
There is a section on the order form call (Special instructions). This is where you fill out your greeting or message.

How do I know that my gift has been sent or received?
When you complete an order you will receive a unique order number in your confirmation e-mail. This number is important and is needed when making enquiry's about you order status. You can click on the tab: "Store Front" and enter this number on the navigation bar on the left then click GET ORDER to check the status or you may call us at the Customer Service number on the Confirmation E-mail.

If you are checking on-line, there is a section on the order form called "Vender Notes". In this location you can check to see if we have received and processed your order. It will say "Printed: Date: and the persons initials. It will also have the projected ship date. When the gift is sent we will input the tracking number to your package with the carriers (Fed Ex or UPS) phone number. With the tracking number you can track your package anytime you wish.
